This residence has a stunning ocean front position. The brief was to create a tropical themed garden in the protected court yard and to improve on the existing paved fireplace circle facing the ocean. Although a relatively small space, we achieved the wow factor in the courtyard by adding Bluestone paving, a water feature, new colours to the walls and an intricately patterned Corten screen. The small garden facing the ocean has a big view and all plantings had to be able to withstand the harsh ocean front climate.
